At Jolifeu, we are committed to being your trusted partner in your self-expression journey by delivering high-quality, surrealist press-on nails. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the creative peace of mind you deserve.
We want you to love your new look! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Holiday Return Window Extension: To accommodate seasonal gifting and holidays:
Thanksgiving Day: For orders placed between Nov 26, 2026, and Nov 27, 2026.
Christmas: For orders placed between Dec 25, 2026, and Dec 26, 2026.
We provide an additional 7-day grace period. This means you have a total of 22 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate your return.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that:
The item is in its original, pristine condition (unused, unworn, and unapplied).
The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included (adhesive tabs, prep pads, etc.).
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, especially for wearable nail products, items showing signs of application, adhesive residue, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for a standard refund.
We take great pride in our quality control and handcrafting process. However, if you receive a nail set that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund for you. Please reach out to us at jolifeu.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
To ensure your return is processed quickly and reaches the correct department, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us first at jolifeu.co@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please do not send your package back to the address listed on the original shipping label, as it may not be our dedicated return center.
Step 2: Once authorized, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the confirmed return address.
Official Return Address: Please contact our Customer Service team via email to obtain the correct return address.
Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you a notification email. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Shipping: We do not charge a restocking fee ($0); however, for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., changing your mind), we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received "Complimentary Standard Shipping," the actual shipping cost incurred will not be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent to an unauthorized address or without prior contact cannot be processed.
We are unable to accept "Cash on Delivery" (COD) shipments.
If the return is due to consumer preference, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee based on their chosen carrier.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), Jolifeu will bear the shipping costs for the return.
