This policy is operated by Suzhou Wuse International Trade Co., Ltd. (苏州无色国际贸易有限公司) for the Jolifeu brand (jolifeu.co).

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without reason (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Email jolifeu.co@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We confirm the return address and process your refund under section 4.

2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

• Sealed health & hygiene goods (including all press-on nail sets) unsealed/applied after delivery;
• Goods made to your specifications (our made-to-order / custom nail sets).

These do not affect statutory rights for defective items (section 3).

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Contact jolifeu.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Verified cases get free replacement or full refund — no exception.

4. REFUNDS

• Right-to-cancel: refund product price (shipping not refunded) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of cancellation notice if not yet shipped.
• Defective item: refund within 7 business days of verification.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Change of mind: customer covers return shipping.
• Verified defective: Jolifeu covers it.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN / CLAIM

1. Email jolifeu.co@gmail.com with order number + reason (cancel / defect).
2. Do NOT return to the sender address on the shipping label; we give the correct address after verification.
3. Keep all original packaging until resolved.
