Everything You Need to Know

How long does a custom set take to create?

The whole custom order process takes around 30 business days in total. After deposit payment, we will send you hand-drawn sketches within 5 business days for confirmation before production. Complex 3D & portrait designs or holiday peak seasons may extend the timeline slightly, we will notify you in advance.

How do I find my correct nail size?

You can measure your nails in millimeters using our online Sizing Guide, or purchase a Sizing Kit first to test all sizes and shapes at home for a 100% precise fit.

How long do the press-on nails last?

With adhesive tabs, they can last 3 to 7 days (perfect for events or temporary wear). With professional nail glue, they can hold securely for 2 to 3 weeks. They are completely reusable either way!

Can I request a completely custom design from an inspiration photo?

Absolutely! Upload your reference images or describe your dream design in the contact form below, and our artists will bring your vision to life.You may send reference photos, short videos, and describe your favorite decorative elements & wearing occasion for us to design.

Are custom press-on sets reusable?

Yes! By gently removing them and cleaning off any leftover glue or adhesive tabs with alcohol, you can wear your luxury handmade set over and over again.

Custom Order Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All bespoke handmade press on nails are tailor-made according to your exclusive size, shape, length and custom design, which cannot be resold to other customers. Please read our full order rules before paying your deposit.

1. Deposit Rules

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your custom production slot.
 
A full refund of the deposit can be processed only before we send out your hand-drawn design sketch.
 
Once the sketch has been provided, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance.
We will not begin creating your nail art sketch until your deposit is confirmed.

2. Modification & Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 hours after deposit payment: You may contact us to adjust nail size, shape, length or design elements free of charge. Full cancellation is available, and deposit will be fully refunded.
  • Over 24 hours OR after hand-drawn sketch is sent out: Minor design tweaks are acceptable; full order cancellation is not supported, and deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Once production begins after you confirm the sketch: No size, shape or major design changes are allowed. All custom orders become final sale, no refund or exchange.

3. Final Preview & Balance Payment

After handmade production is finished, we will send real photos and videos of your finished nail set for your confirmation.
 
If you confirm satisfaction with the finished product, you need to pay the remaining balance before we arrange worldwide shipping.

4. Defective & Damaged Goods Exception

If the nails arrive broken, deformed or inconsistent with your confirmed design due to our production or shipping error, please send clear photos & videos within 48 hours after delivery. We will remake a new set for you free of charge, no extra fees required.
 
Slight handmade texture marks are normal craft features and not regarded as defects.

5. Production Timeline Reminder

The whole custom cycle from deposit payment to shipment takes around 30 business days. We will send hand-drawn drafts within 5 business days after deposit. Complex 3D, portrait designs or holiday peak seasons may slightly extend the timeline, and we will notify you in advance.
