Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Note: Processing time refers to the duration from the moment an order is placed until it is handed over to our shipping carrier.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your Ersa package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery time is based on average estimates, and tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. Please don’t worry—just allow a bit of extra time. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over a week, feel free to contact our customer service, and we’ll promptly reach out to the shipping partner to investigate and ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.
As custom nails involve detailed communication, material sourcing, and color adjustments, the shipping time for customized nails will depend on the outcome of your discussion with our Customer Service team. Please contact our customer service to confirm the exact shipping timeline.
We ship worldwide from our strategic fulfillment centers in Suzhou, China. Once your order has been processed, the following transit times apply:
Standard Shipping: 6 - 10 Business Days. We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all international orders.
Expedited Shipping: 3 - 8 Business Days. For faster delivery, we offer an expedited service for a flat fee of $7.00 USD.
The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your destination is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time: 4 - 11 Business Days.
Calculation: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your package through our "Track Order" page or the carrier's official website.
Jolifeu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Jolifeu is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
