Thank you for shopping at Jolifeu. The following terms constitute our official Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time: Within 3 business days — each set is handmade to order in our Suzhou design studio and crafted + packed after you order. We'll send photos of your finished set before shipping. (Excludes weekends and public holidays in China.)
Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+8, China Standard Time)​. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME
Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days after processing.
For custom or made-to-order designs with special requirements, transit time may vary by design confirmation — please confirm with our customer service team.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Made-to-order (standard designs)​: Processing (3 business days) + Transit (10–14) ≈ 13–17 business days from order to delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & DESTINATIONS
We ship from our Suzhou design studio, China to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea.
FREE standard international shipping on all orders to these destinations.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For U.S. orders, all import duties and taxes are included in the price — no extra fees at delivery.
For other destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply per local regulations and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
